Clark Air Base stirred to life – neon lights flickering on beneath palm trees as dawn broke over Manila’s horizon. SeventhSight’s aircraft landed silently on revived runways – Leni gazed out at HQ’s dark glass dome. Erebus led them out – “NeuroCore prep begins now – Malakar’s patience wears thin.”
Inside HQ’s dome, sleek robots glided across polished black floors as techs in white coats hurriedly assembled holographic screens. Erebus strode towards a central lab table, motioning his team –
“Initiate NeuroCore sequence – we need that amplifier online ASAP!” A tech, Jax, nodded – “Crystal resonance chamber ready, Erebus – Xeridia’s Heart orb is secured inside.” Leni watched intently – “How long till completion?” Erebus – “Estimated 3 hours – Malakar could strike any minute.”
Hours ticked by – tension palpable as NeuroCore took shape amidst the lab’s eerie silence broken only by soft beeping and muffled conversations between techs.

- Glowing blue circuits slowly emerged from steel casings
- Pulsing silver wires connected humming black generators
- Neon lights reflected off polished floors as robots glided past
Erebus stepped back, eyes fixed on countdown screens –
“Final sequence initiated – NeuroCore amplifier online in 10…
Malakar’s scouts likely detected our orb removal by now.”
SeventhSight nodded gravely – “Agreed – we’re running out of time.”
Leni leaned against a table, watching intently –
Kairos stood beside her, expression unreadable.
Kairos stepped forward, his eyes locked on Xeridia’s Heart as SeventhSight carefully placed the orb on his outstretched palm. Erebus called out – “NeuroCore syncing with Heart orb – linking to Kairos’ bio signature… Energy levels spiking – crystal resonance chamber glowing!” Leni watched anxiously as holographic screens flashed data – Kairos breathed deeply, eyes fluttering closed… then snapped open – GLOWING ELECTRIC BLUE – His muscles tensed – a faint hum surrounded him

Kairos’ glowing eyes swept across the lab – as if seeing everything for the first time – Leni gasped – “Kairos, what’s happening?!” Suddenly he vanished – reappearing instantly beside Erebus – then beside SeventhSight – before standing back in his original spot – BUT NOT ALONE –
another Kairos stood beside him – identical in every way! SeventhSight stunned – “Temporal echo… or something more?” Erebus stated, “NeuroCore readings spiking – this wasn’t projected!”
The lab fell silent – screens behind them flickered – Malakar’s menacing face appeared, voice booming – “Foolish SeventhSight – Xeridia’s Heart orb removal detected. I had some of my associates plant a chronon particle tracker during a scouting mission in Biak na Bato. My father’s legacy will be avenged – your timeline ends NOW. Clark Base will burn – your team will perish – Aria will STILL die – and I will remake reality!” Kairos stepped forward – both of him – eyes blazing.
